During the planning process, you will receive a music planning checklist. We are there to help out as needed with making musical decisions and planning related to the music.

If you have special music requests, we need to know them 30 days in advance in order to create the arrangement. There are also quartet arrangements of many pop songs through various music sites, and you are welcome to provide the music if within less than 30 days.

We will arrive 20-30 minutes ahead of our playing start time.

Our set-up time is very quick and efficient, and we won't be a distraction to other things going on.

Our dress is typically black and white, unless something else is preferred. 

We will have all the music organized and assembled so that each party of the event progressses seamlessly.
